Perfect for social media, gifts, business branding, and personal keepsakes. Each portrait is delivered in high-resolution PNG format, making it easy to print or use digitally. 📏 Pricing & Turnaround: 🖤 Black & White Digital Portrait: Single Subject – $75 (3-5 day turnaround) Additional Subjects – +$50 per person 🎨 Color Digital Portrait: Single Subject – $100 (5-7 day turnaround) Additional Subjects – +$50 per person 📌 Final file will be delivered via email in PNG format. Customers can print at their preferred location. 🗓 Appointments are required for a consultation to discuss composition, style, and color preferences for custom pieces.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in a custom commission! Please read through these policies before placing an order. Each commission is a custom, one-of-a-kind piece priced based on: 1️⃣ Cost of materials 2️⃣ Intricacy of the design 3️⃣ Time, size, and working conditions 📌 Requesting a commission does not guarantee acceptance. Each request is reviewed based on availability, size, time, and artistic feasibility. Booking & Consultation 📍 Consultations are free. We will discuss: ✔ Design vision, size, materials, and pricing ✔ Estimated timeline & delivery options 📌 A 50% deposit is required within 5 days of the final design approval. If not received, the commission will be canceled unless a payment plan is arranged. Portrait Details Custom portraits are created using charcoal, soft pastel, acrylic Paint and/or colored pencil. ✔ Reference Photo: A clear, well-lit image is required. No commissions will be accepted without one. ✔ Customization: I can incorporate your ideas, but creative freedom is welcome. ✔ Finishing Touch: Each piece is sealed for protection and comes in a black frame for display. Pricing, Rush Orders & Payments 💰 Pricing is based on design complexity. 🚀 Rush Orders: +25-50% of the base price if needed before the standard timeframe. 📌 Payment Plans: Available upon request but final payment is due before pickup/delivery. Delivery & Shipping 📦 Local Pickup: Biloxi, MS 📦 Shipping: Available within the U.S. (fees apply). The artist is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. Cancellations, Refunds & Ownership 🚫 Deposits are non-refundable. If the client cancels: ✔ Before work starts – partial refund may apply. ✔ After work starts – no refunds. 📌 The artist retains all rights to use images of completed work for promotion.
